I forgot my password to the MAJ website. Does MAJ have it?
No. The MAJ website has multiple layers of security for member protection. Also, MAJ does not "host" the website. TrialSmith hosts all content on the MAJ website.

How do I get my password?
Simple. Go to the MAJ website, click on the "Member Login" button, click the "if you do not know password" link and insert your e-mail address. A temporary password will be assigned to you so that you can get into the system. Once in, you will be immediately asked to change your password.

How do I sign up for the list server?
Go to the MAJ website and download a Listserv User Agreement and submit/return it to the office with payment. All agreements must be approved by the MAJ Board of Governors prior to access to the forum.

How do I update my membership information?
You can go onto the MAJ website and change the information yourself. Simply go to the website, click on the "Member Login" button, insert your e-mail address and password. Once logged in, click on "Update My Information" on the left hand margin.

How do I pay my dues?
Payment can be made online at the MAJ website. Simply login and click "My Transactions" located on the left-hand margin. All open invoices can be viewed here. You can also mail your payment direct to the MAJ office.

If I am a member, am I automatically a member of a section?
No. You need to complete a section application. The section chair will review and approve your application. A fee may be applied.

If I leave my firm, does my membership "travel" with me?
Yes. You need to log onto the website and change your contact information so that you can continue to receive member benefits.

I want to register for a meeting, how do I know what type of member I am?
If you are registering through the MAJ website, the database recognizes your membership type when you log into the system. If you are registering by mail or fax, simply visit the MAJ webiste, click on the "Member Login" button, insert your e-mail address and password. Once in, click on the "Update My Information" button on the left hand margin. Your profile will include your membership type.
