2020 was a year of change in the practice of law.
This program will focus on the evolution of ethics issues in Maryland. It will include a discussion of the ethics issues facing small practitioners, ethics issues that have arisen as a result of the pandemic, and how the Court of Appeals, the Attorney Grievance Commission and Bar Counsel views of ethics have changed over the past several years.

Craig S. Brodsky is a partner with Goodell, DeVries, Leech and Dann, LLP. He has provided practical solutions for professionals and organizations for 25 years in malpractice matters, licensing proceedings, health care litigation and products liability litigation. He has been at the forefront of complex legal issues in Maryland, D.C., and nationwide. Craig defends lawyers in disciplinary actions resulting from allegations of professional misconduct and violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. He has tried numerous cases against Bar Counsel in Maryland and has authored and presented on attorney ethics rules and the investigatory process.
