Earlier this year, the MAJ Board of Governors approved the establishment of the Products Liability Section. Members of this section are dedicated to protecting the people of Maryland from unreasonably dangerous and defective products.

We will do this in two ways:

1. by promoting open communication, collegial support, educational opportunities, and the exchange of information among MAJ members who practice within this area of law or who have clients with issues that arise within this area of law; and
    
2. by advancing the interests of MAJ, our clients, and the people of Maryland through the filing of amicus briefs and/or participating in the legislative process.

Come join us and hear about this exciting new section. The roundtable is free but registration is required.
