How to Try an Occupational Disease Case: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Learn to fine tune your next occupational disease case. Drs. Franchetti and Dunn will provide in-depth medical opinion and discussion on presenting a carpal tunnel case. Commissioner Metz will give his perspective from the bench.

Appealing a Workers’ Compensation Case
For the second part of this panel, Commissioner Forrester, plaintiff attorney James MacAlister, and defense attorney Robert Erlandson provide their unique perspectives on the appeal process. Learn how to preserve the record for appeal and other need-to-know details when appealing worker’s compensation cases.
