Summary

This seminar focuses on all aspects of utilizing expert witnesses to build your case and tear apart the defense case. This stream recaps the ONLY first portion of this seminar.

• Mary Koch and Nicholas Szokoly will address plaintiff’s expert witnesses in medical negligence cases, including strategies on how to best use expert witnesses to support your medical malpractice case, preparation of medical experts for trial, actual presentation of trial testimony and dealing with challenges to expert qualifications.

• Lawrence Dinoff, Nathaniel Fick, and Lawrence Greenberg team up in this seminar to address expert witnesses in premises liability cases: How to present expert analysis and technical investigations in cases involving pedestrian falls and other premises liability cases.
