Trial Reporter

Trial Reporter is the premier publication of the Maryland Association for Justice, printed and mailed to members five times annually. Trial Reporter features articles of interest to Maryland trial attorneys and updates on important changes and trends in the law which may affect their practice. Issues typically include four to five featured articles focusing on various topics in law, as well as an Appellate Watch column. Trial Reporter is a benefit which is provided free of charge to MAJ members and is also mailed to all members of the Maryland Judiciary at the state level.

Submit an article to the Trial Reporter Committee

The Trial Reporter Committee welcomes articles concerning topics of relevance to the Association in particular and generally to the plaintiffs’ bar. Articles meeting the applicable guidelines may be submitted via email to the Committee for approval. The Trial Reporter Committee reserves the right to decline to publish any submission. 

 

 

 

MAJ Awards

Nominations are currently open for Trial Lawyer of the Year and the Simon K. Walton Civil Justice Award.

Submit nominations no later than Friday, March 29, 2019. Awards are presented at the MAJ Annual President's Dinner, which will be held June 1, 2019.
