Cases are won or lost in deposition. Yet taking a focused, strategic, and complete deposition is no easy feat. You are keeping track of multiple things at once, all while opposing counsel tries to distract you from your objective. Learn how to prepare for deposition, set your game plan, overcome challenges, make your record against obstructionist opposing counsel, use your case rules with laser-focus, and get the admissions you want and need for trial.

Sharpen your skills with guidance and mentorship from trial lawyers from Maryland and other states across the country. With seven hours of insightful lectures and four hours of small group breakout sessions that get you on your feet, testing the skills you learned.

MAJ has arranged a courtesy room block for Thursday, October 17 and Friday October 18, 2024 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, 5701 Marinelli Rd, Rockville, MD 20852.  Please follow this link and reserve a room before September 27, 2024. The room rate is $209 plus tax per night. 

 

Written cancellation on or prior to October 4, 2024 will result in a refund less a $100 fee. After October 4, 2024, registration fees will not be refunded.
