By joining LLC, you become part of an elite group of attorneys committed to shaping Maryland’s civil justice system. Your membership provides the critical funding necessary to pass laws that protect injured clients, defend against harmful legislation, and ensure fair access to the courts. With exclusive benefits and direct engagement in legislative efforts, LLC members don’t just support justice—they lead the fight for it.

Why Become a Legislative Leader?

Recently, LLC support was critical to passing laws that:

• Require that insurance companies offer Enhanced Underinsured Motorist Coverage
• Increase minimum auto liability limits
• Increase damages caps

LLC support also enabled us to strategically defeat attempts to:

• Create a No-Fault Birth Injury Fund
• Regulate attorney’s fees
