Auto Negligence Section

The Auto Negligence Section is a forum where attorneys who represent clients injured or killed in automobile collisions can meet and exchange information, ideas, and trial strategies to better represent their clients’ interests.

Section Benefits

Dues are renewable annually, and include an exclusive section list server, exclusive section-only events and discounts to educational programming.

How to Join

Eligibility: All regular MAJ members in good standing who actively represent plaintiffs in auto negligence actions and who do not represent defendants on behalf of insurance companies or self-insureds are eligible to apply for membership. There is an annual $100 section fee.
