Medical Negligence Section

The Medical Negligence Section facilitates the exchange of knowledge and information among attorneys who exclusively represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice actions. Members assist each other by sharing information on defense medical experts, identifying possible plaintiff experts, discussing motions practice, and sharing opinions and ideas. 

Section Benefits
 Dues are renewable annually, and include an exclusive section list server, exclusive section-only events and discounts to educational programming.

How to Join

Eligibility: All regular MAJ members in good standing who actively represent plaintiffs in medical negligence actions. There is an annual $150 section fee.
